Wrong Address, Lost or Stolen packages


If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at theeoddysey@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

If a tracking number has already been provided the package will be rerouted back to us. If a package is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours a refund for the items purchased  ONLY will be issued in STORE CREDIT.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued out. However we are willing to help resolve any issues. Please contact us at theeoddysey@gmail.com 

By agreeing to this policy you understand that Thee Odyysey is not responsible on the behalf of missing, broken,  or stolen items and orders during shipping transit . You understand that Thee Oddysey  not responsible for mistakes with the shipping carrier and is not to be held accountable and that you MUST contact USPS. Thee Oddysey is not liable or responsible to refund you for your order.

By agreeing to this policy , you agree that a mistake in your address entered at checkout is not the fault of Thee Oddysey and we are not to be held liable if your package gets delivered to the wrong address. We currently do not offer a change of address once your order is placed. If you happen to reach out about an incorrect address it will result in a cancellation of your order & a refund in store credit except the shipping fee.
