As a customer you are agreeing 100% to all of our Policies which include our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. You are also agreeing to acknowledge that Thee Oddysey is a non fradulent organization and any chargeback claims will be an action of you as the customer making fraudulent statements. Lastly as the customer if claimed chargeback is filed you will no longer continue to be able to shop with Thee Oddysey.
